Dear beautiful weather,
Thank you for the great day today. We enjoyed the sunshine and blue skies. We had fun playing out on the deck, and we went to the park to swing, too. It was wonderful! Do you want to make a permanent residence here until October or November? You can tell that final freak snow storm I'm still dreading to mind his own business this year.
Thank you!

Played in the Snow
We went tubing a couple weeks ago with some friends and had a blast (thanks for the pic, Noelle). Excited to do it again soon, unless the snow decides to go away.
Just got back from a 10-day trip to Arizona. It was great!

Snow Day!
It's supposed to snow all day today and tomorrow! It's already white from Friday's snowstorm and subsequent 10 inches. I think we won't be going anywhere for the next day or two. Soup and hot chocolate coming right up. No complaining here; it's beautiful outside. I'm not gonna drive in it, but I sure love looking at it and walking through it.
The view from McKay's bedroom window. I love it.

Ohio trip and McKay's toes
Last week we flew to Ohio to look for housing. Although we did not find a house like we hoped, we learned a lot about house-buying and about the areas we want to live in. We already love Columbus and are excited to spend the next four years at The Ohio State University! Go Bucks!
Here is McKay at the airport.
McKay is hanging out with Burke while waiting for his first plane ride. He did great for the first 5 1/2 hours of flying. The final half hour was a little rough for him, but all in all, he did great!
We also had a great time hanging out at our friends' house. Thanks Hannah and Daniel for everything.
Today McKay found his toes. He had a great time entertaining himself by lifting up his feet, looking at his toes, sometimes trying to grab them, and putting his feet back down, only to do it all over again. It was so cute to watch him.
We babysat for our friends this weekend, and as you can tell, McKay and Adelaide became fast friends. They are only four weeks apart.
