Okay, so we haven't updated for a while. I guess that's what happens when you try to start a blog in the middle of the school year. . . . We have some updating to do! First off, we celebrated our one year anniversary on May 5! The weekend before, Burke took me to the tulip festival because tulips are my favorite flowers. Despite it being a cold weekend, we had a great time, and the flowers were beautiful!
For our anniversary, Burke woke up and made us a great breakfast--crepes! They were delicious. Then, we had school, but Burke brought a beautiful bouquet of red tulips to me while I was at work. I enjoyed having them sit on my desk all week, and unfortunately forgot to take a picture. For dinner, I pulled out our china that we got for our wedding and had a nice dinner.
But we cheated and ate our wedding cake two months ago, and it was yummy!

Happy Anniversary! It looks like you had a great day. I think we used our china as well on our anniversary. Just curious, did you inherit that green top from me? It looks like a shirt that I had, I just don't remember if I still have it in storage or gave it away.
